Our Dairy

Exciting times here at Norton Court Farm.

The start of a new chapter for our dairy. After three busy months of repairing sheds, improving cubicles and getting everything ready for spring, the farm is coming back to life.

New people, new cows, and now our first calves have been born.

We run a forage-based system, focusing on lush herbal pastures and home-grown feed to produce quality milk while keeping our cows healthy and content. Building a strong, efficient herd from the ground up is something we take great pride in.

We look forward to sharing our journey with you — the good, the challenging, and everything in between.

Looking Ahead

Over the coming months, we will be launching a farm blog and mailing list, where we’ll share regular updates from the dairy — from calving and grazing to the practical realities of running a modern forage-based system.

We are also working towards selling our milk directly, giving you the opportunity to support local farming and buy straight from the source.
